TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Cancellations

    If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible.
    - Cancellations made within 2 weeks before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee, and
    the deposit is non-refundable.
    - Cancellations made prior to 2 weeks may be rescheduled subject to availability.
  • Neither party shall be held liable for cancellations or delays due to circumstances

    beyond their control, including accidents, illness, natural disasters, transportation

    issues, or other force majeure events. In such cases, both parties will make reasonable

    efforts to reschedule the service.

  • If the client needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, the booking may be

    transferred to a new date (subject to artist availability) without losing the deposit, provided

    notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

    In the unlikely event that Andrea Palomec Makeup is unable to attend due to ilness,

    emergency or unforeseen circumstance, its our full responsibility to arrange a suitable

    replacement artist of equal skill and professionalism. Client would be notified immediately.

  • Travel

    - Travel fee depending on the distance $1.00 per km.
    - Any extra charges like toll roads travel, parking tickets, ferry tickets will be covered by the  client.
    - Can work from home without travel fees.

  • Fees

    - A $60 fee is required for any early morning before 7 a.m.
    - A 10% surcharge is added to the total of your booking on public holidays.
    - A $100 fee will be applied to the booking if we are held up waiting longer than 30 minutes to begin your service. Please ensure everyone arrives on time.
    - We do not hold dates without a deposit 50% deposit to confirm your booking.
